🏠 Community Burglary Alert

Greater Manchester Police is advising residents to remain vigilant following an increase in burglary incidents reported across the area.

We are urging homeowners and residents to take simple steps to protect their properties:

✅ Ensure all doors and windows are locked when leaving your home or going to bed.
✅ Keep valuables out of sight and consider marking property with a postcode or security marking.
✅ Use external lighting, alarms, CCTV, or doorbell cameras where possible.
✅ Report any suspicious activity, unknown vehicles, or individuals acting suspiciously in your neighbourhood.

Burglars often look for easy opportunities, and a few simple security measures can make a significant difference.
